Dr. Michael Martin first became interested in medicine during his tour in the U.S. Air Force, where he was trained as an emergency medical technician. A native Texan, Dr. Martin completed his bachelor’s of science at Lamar University, where he graduated Cum Laude with a major in biochemistry. His medical education continued at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. He completed his residency in internal medicine at UT Southwestern at Dallas.  He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Previously, Dr. Martin worked in private practice in Plano, Texas before moving to Lago Vista. He is credentialed with Cedar Park Regional Hospital and serves as the collaborating physician for Pride Family Medicine.
