AVOID food, beverages or makeup in the first hour following your treatment. Lipstick, food or drinks – especially those that would stain white material -can stain your teeth within the first hour because your teeth are more vulnerable to colours shortly after your treatment.
It’s not typical, but you may experience symptoms like sensitive teeth within the first one or two days. You may experience tooth sensitivity for longer if you struggle with dental issues like a leaking filling, small cracks or cavities. Toothpaste for sensitive teeth will aid in the sensitivity.
Over time the whiteness of your teeth will fade very gradually and naturally. You can preserve the brightness of your smile for longer by avoiding tea, coffee, red wine, red wine, citrus drinks, fruit and tobacco. It’s also advised to drink water more frequently – especially following staining beverages.
If you’re experience blisters on your lips following a few hours to a day following your treatment this might mean you’re allergic to peroxide. You can apply liquid vitamin E to the sore until it disappears. Typically it would heal soon.
