Dermaplaning: During a dermaplaning session, the esthetician uses a medical-grade scalpel to scrape (not cut) across the surface of the skin. The main reason people do it is to remove the vellus hairs on their faces, also known as peach fuzz. Peach fuzz can appear almost colorless, blonde, gray, or brown (or the same color as the hair on your head). Everyone has these fine vellus hairs coating our bodies, and they are meant add another layer of protection to the skin. But some people’s vellus hairs are thicker and more visible than others, and so they might want to have it removed. Also, in a lot of cases the vellus hair cannot be treated using a laser due to its color and thinness of the follicle. This treatment is also used to exfoliate the skin and remove the outer layer of built up dead skin cells from the epidermis.
Chemical Peel: This treatment is done to help remove dead skin from the outer layer of the epidermis. This treatment will help with hyperpigmentation (dark spots), fine lines and wrinkles, acne, acne scarring, melisma, and congested pores. This treatment is done once a month and you is meant for all skin types with caution on patients that have darker pigment. Patient that have experienced hyperpigmentation in the past or if you are a skin type 4 or higher you will have to be on a retinol for 4 weeks before doing this treatment. Depending on your skin concerns you may need up to 6-8 treatments.
Microdermabrasion: Microdermabrasion is a minimally invasive procedure used to renew overall skin tone and texture. It can improve the appearance of sun damage, wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, acne, melasma, and other skin-related concerns and conditions. Microdermabrasion is considered a safe procedure for every skin type. To see results you will need a Microdermabrasion once a month for at least 8-12 months depending on skin concerns.
IPL, also known as photofacial, uses light energy to target a certain color in your skin. When the skin is heated, your body gets rid of the unwanted cells and your target concern. It can treat a range of skin conditions such as hyperpigmentation (dark spots), Rosacea, enlarged pores, and broken capillaries.
While many laser treatments use a particular laser wavelength, IPL Photofacials use multiple wavelengths to effectively treat multiple skin issues. It can treat enlarged pores, broken capillaries, hyperpigmentation and Rosacea. It can also be a very effective acne treatment, as its blue light laser effectively kills the acne-causing bacteria.

FDA-cleared Botox Cosmetic is a minimally invasive cosmetic injectable that softens moderate to severe facial lines and wrinkles that develop as we age. Results are often evident within just a few days of treatment. Botox injections relax the muscles of your face to ease and soften wrinkles and lines but you can still frown, smile or look surprised. Subsequent treatments keep these muscles relaxed to maintain your results.
