Taking the hassle out of health care is part of what makes Pride Family Medicine & Aesthetics unique. That’s why we accept almost all insurance plans and those without insurance. So chances are we have you covered.
We accept health plans offered by most major insurance carriers, including the ones listed here. A few of these have smaller groups that are not covered. We update our list of insurance providers frequently. Call us today to verify coverage or if you don’t see yours listed.
Just ask for the cash price. At Pride Family Medicine & Aesthetics, we think modern, high-quality medical care should be accessible to everyone, including patients without health insurance. Our simple fee structure helps take the guesswork out of health care pricing, so you can be seen when you need it without breaking your budget. Whether you need a physical, a vaccination or want to address specific health concerns, we make it affordable.
We bill your insurance provider for each visit, and you cover the co-payment or deductible, just like you would at any medical office. The amount that you owe depends on the specific health insurance plan you have. If you have any questions, call the number on your insurance card to learn more about your coverage.
For your co-payment or for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept cash, debit/credit cards and CareCredit. Once payment is received from your insurance, usually 30-60 days after your visit, any remaining balance that your insurance company says your are responsible for will be billed to you.
If you are an HMO patient, please contact the office to make sure we are currently accepting HMO patients in your plan and for instructions on how to designate us as your PCP provider.
